Delivery charges
We deliver across Bangladesh. The charge depends on your district and is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery times
After you place an order, we call to confirm it. We'll tell you the expected delivery date at that point, and you can follow the status on your order page.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not happy with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be exchanged or refunded.
If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right.
Refunds
Refunds are made by mobile banking or bank transfer. We'll confirm the details with you.
Handmade variation
Small differences in colour, weave and size are a natural part of handmade work and are not considered defects.
