Who makes the products on BayZel?
Independent innovators: artisans, small workshops and home kitchens across Bangladesh. The innovators behind our bestselling pieces are featured by name on the Innovators page, along with all of their products.
I make handcrafted goods or homemade food. Can I sell on BayZel?
Yes. Fill in the form on the Sell with BayZel page and our team will contact you to talk about your products.
What are GI products?
GI (Geographical Indication) products are goods recognised as coming from a specific place in Bangladesh, with qualities or a reputation linked to that place, such as Jamdani. You'll find them under Traditional › GI Products.
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, go to checkout, enter your delivery details and choose a payment method. You will see an order number straight away, and we send a confirmation email if you gave us an email address.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery. You pay in cash when your order arrives, and we call you to confirm the order before we send it.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges depend on your district. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you place your order. See the Shipping & Returns page for current rates.
How can I check my order?
Use the link in your confirmation email, or sign in to your account and open Order history. Your order page shows payment and delivery status.
Can I return an item?
Yes. See the Shipping & Returns page for the return window and conditions. If something arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a photo.
Why might my item look slightly different from the photo?
Every piece is made by hand from natural materials, so colour, weave and size can vary a little from piece to piece. These differences are part of handmade work.
Do you take bulk or custom orders?
Yes. Use the contact form and choose “Wholesale or custom order”. Tell us the products, quantities and timeline you have in mind.
